About me
As a journalist, I specialise in writing about wellness, health, travel and beauty. My writing has been published in ELLE, Marie Claire, GQ, Stylist, National Geographic Traveller, The Independent, The i Paper, BBC Travel, BBC Science Focus, CityAM and Business Insider, among others.
I previously worked as Health and Wellbeing Editor at Press Association, Senior Commissioning Editor for wellbeing titles at Penguin Random House, Lifestyle Journalist at The Evening Standard and Digital Style + Grooming Writer at British GQ.
I also create content for leading lifestyle brands including BLOK, Holland + Barrett, Land Rover, Island Records, HUEL, Form Nutrition, Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place, Heineken, Jennis, Shanghai Design Week and Innermost.
I graduated from London College of Fashion with First Class Honours in (Ba) Fashion Journalism. My first children’s book, Perfectly Imperfect Stories, was published by Magic Cat in 2019.
